Rayners installed a Chiller and 4-pipe system into the retrofitted Chief Post Office in Dunedin.

4-pipe was chosen due to the lack of room for VRF or Split systems as well as to allow a high degree of heat recovery due to the extensive ventilation requirements of a hotel site.

The Clint 4-pipe chiller delivers hot and chilled water simultaneously allowing for tempering of ventilation air then recovery of the energy with coils in the exhaust air.

Other 4-pipe chiller installations include AD Instruments, IRD and the Bill Richardson Transport World.
